Owners Dan and Carol Ivanov, residents of Sarasota for over 21 years, have integral knowledge of the growth of the community and surrounding area. Dan received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He has 19 years of experience within the criminal justice field and has been employed with the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office since 2010 in the patrol division. Concurrent to his professional experience, Dan has also purchased and rehabbed investment properties, owned and operated a concrete curbing business, and has participated in contractor renovations for private homes.
Dan has a diverse knowledge of the intricate aspects of construction. This, in combination with his law enforcement experience, provides him with an unparalleled understanding of the importance of hiring a trustworthy and dependable home watch company. Dan has the knowledge base to recognize potential issues that may need to be addressed before they become a major problem within a home. Carol attended Rockford College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Carol is employed with Sarasota Memorial Hospital as a Project Planner and has experience working alongside contractors and architects in that role. Carol excels at being organized and has a keen eye for detail.
Dan and Carol enjoy spending time with their 3 children, Camdyn, Chloe, Easton, and their energetic dog, Cappy. When time permits, Dan and Carol also enjoy good food and good wine.
